All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day.
Dress Code: Business casual, no jeans. Scrubs allowed but not required (no specific color)

All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
