Requirements

Experience

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Experience with McKesson is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Shift Notes: 4 or 5 days a week for a total of 40 hrs/week.

Weekend Requirements: Occasional weekend for Inpatient coverage/Holiday coverage required if needed.

This need is located at Jaffrey Physical Therapy Clinic.

Patient ratios can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.

Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!

No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.

Outpatient experience - Required.

Inpatient experience - Preferred.
