Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Type of equipment: Alaris IV Pumps, SCD machines, Hill Rom beds, Dina map in each room, 3 Welch Allen Vital Machines, Wound Vacs, Temporary Pacemakers, Telemetry monitor, EKG Machine, Bladder Scanner, Doppler, I mobile for communication between team members

Guaranteed hours 48

Floating policy: Contract Nurses will be floated to any area where they have demonstrated competency.

Must have: Cardiac Telemetry or PCU/ICU experience. Read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips.

Advanced skills needed: Must have experience with post cardiac procedural care (Ablations, cardiac catheterizations, Post Op Day 1 Open Heart, permanent Pacemaker placements). Must be able to administer and titrate IV medications such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone.

Dress code: Navy Blue scrubs. May wear black scrub pants with Navy Blue top.
