Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Obstetrics and Gynecology experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Please make sure candidate has this Skillset before submitting: Labor, Delivery, Postpartum and Newborns (Level 1 and Level 2 nursery); General Medical (adult med surg)

36 hours per week

Variable shifts (0700-1930, 1500-0330, or 1900-0730), but majority of shifts would be 1500-0330 or 1900-0730

Up to 2 out of 3 weekends; may be required to work Easter Weekend/Holiday

OB/Med Surg - will float

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only): 1:2-3 mom/baby couplets; 1:2 early labor, 1:1 active labor, 1:3 post-op,

Dress Code: Hospital washed scrubs provided
