All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Required: Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Experience and EP Procedure Experience.

Preferred: Coil Embolization Rotablader

Required: CA Flouro

• Manager will accept ARRT with contingency they will receive their CA License (ETA 30 days with ARRT). o Those with the ARRT will need to apply for the CA License. Please see if they earned the ARRT after 2011, if not, they would be required to take the Fluoro exam. • Manager will accept a CCI (RCES, RCIS) credentialed tech without Fluoro.

Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler

Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

BLS - AHA or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.
