RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Skills REQ: Acute Care/Outpatient Experience.
If candidates have worked as Permanent Staff for any Providence facility they must be separated for at least 3 months prior to working as a traveler.
RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer.
Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
Traveler will primarily be working in an Outpatient setting.
Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital.
Scrub Color: Any or Business Casual

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
Return Staff Policy (6 months to return as traveler).
