Additional Details:

RTO is limited during the holiday, holiday rotation requires, work every other weekend required

All RTO should be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

On call weekday, weekend, and holiday rotation. 1 call weekend a month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) 1 weekday call per week.

Certification & Licensure Requirements:

The First Assistant will possess one of the following credentials:

RNFA
Physician Assistant and certification as a Surgical Assistant
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and certification as a Surgical Assistant
Have sufficient training and skill set in Endo Vein Harvesting
Sufficient training in all Vascular and CVOR Cases.
When not in CVOR/Vascular cases will be used as a FA in other specialties.
