Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Patient Ratios : Follow AWHONN staffing guidelines

Scheduling requirements: Must be willing to work days or nights

Floating policy: If willing, may be asked to help on Women’s Center

On Call Expectations: 1 call shift every 2 weeks

Weekend Requirement: every other

Patient Experience requirements: Labor & delivery, antepartum
