Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, RN license from any state is acceptable.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire

Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only.

COVID Vaccine: If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.

Housing Application: Must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date

Shift Information:

7 shifts per pay period, 1800 - 0630.
