Requirements
Experience
24 months of Long Term Acute Care Unit experience is preferred from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
CCU experience or direct ventilator experience in a rehab hospital required.
Float to the inpatient units if needed (MSU 4th FW).
Will need chronic vent care and tele capability.
