Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 80hrs biweekly - 1 cancellation allowed per 2-week period

Float Requirements: None

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: as scheduled

On call/call back requirements: in a 6 weeks schedule, 3-4 weekends of 24 hours, weekdays 1500-0700 minimum 6-8. Slow chances of call back, 10%. Mostly for gyne procedure ectopic pregnancy, fractures. More on staying over past 1500 rather than call backs.
