Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

6 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 6 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

No block scheduling requests.

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply.

Clinician to patient ratios : Acute Care Setting: PT and PTA manage acute care patient volumes, with total average of 10-12 patients per day.

Outpatient Setting: 8-10 patients per day, one on one scheduling, no double booking, 45-60 minute treatments.

Type of equipment : Outpatient: Treadmill, Parallel bars, Game Ready, NUSTEP x2, Upper/Lower Body Bike, US, Estim, Cupping, Dry Needling

Documentation system: Acute Care: Meditech; Outpatient: Redoc.

Scheduling requirements: Monday- Friday.

Black Scrubs or Khaki pants/black shirt.
