Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Every other weekend

Must be able to start on either 1/6 or 1/20 (orientation dates)

Scrub Color Caribbean blue, able to wear black and white shirts under uniform, top layer must be uniform color, pants may be black or Caribbean blue.

Nurse Resource available 24/7 available for IV help 7pm-7am

Nurses do all respiratory treatments

Floating You will be assigned a home unit but will float between all 5 medsurg units.
