Covers on call with other Coordinators Monday-Friday 24/7 and rotates week-ends for calls from staff.
The Nurse Coordinator II position is responsible for organizing, planning, leading and directing clinical and management activities for the Perioperative Services areas( Main Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Same Day Surgery, Holding, Pre-Procedural Testing Unit) in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required – Vaccine – will need proof of vax 1 week prior to start date. Booster not required.
Block Scheduling: Not permitted.
Floating: Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units if needed.
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
