Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Call required, Vascular and Open Heart experience required.

Call Requirements: Yes.

Weekends: possibly, based on need.

Type of equipment – varied OR equipment to include Microscopes, Robot Divincii Xi, Mako Robot, Laparoscopic Stryker tower, Stealth, endovascular Hybrid room equipment.

Must have: · General surgery, orthopedic and neuro surgery experience.

· Basic general OR knowledge of more than one year.

· If candidate is for CVOR they must have at least two years of CVOR experience, to include: All adult open heart cases, Open and endovascular cases. This includes open and endovascular Triple A surgery, and must be willing to work with the Cath lab on cases such as TAVR (trans aortic valve replacement). This includes RN and Tech.

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Trauma experience.

· Vascular surgery exp, RN and Tech. Cases such as fistula creations, and endarterectomy surgery

Willing to be flexible when it comes be in different types of rooms with different cases

Can work with the staff and adapt to the way we work in our departments, with the understanding that all places are not the same.

Could be willing to help pick up extra hours if we need it. (not a deal breaker)
