Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Weekend REQ: Every weekend is REQUIRED. Traveler will get 2 consecutive days off during the week.

Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience

MUST have experience with IV, central line blood draws, wound care, blood draws

Open to accommodating block schedule

Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

Traveler may be required to assist with shower aide duties

Attire / Scrub Color: Any basic color scrubs

BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
