Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Min 4 weekend shifts/month

Standby possible but rare

Holiday Rotation, but need not expected to extend to next holiday season.

Required:

Minimum of 2 years acute care experience

Each tech watches: 65 or less patients

Demonstrated competency of EKG monitoring and EKG interpretation

Experience with cardiac monitor and rhythm interpretation.

Previous experience with a patient care module or personal computer

Floating: Potentially depending on staffing need and skillset of traveler. Unlikely given the shortage within this area.
