Requirements

Experience

12 months of Interventional Radiology experience is preferred from any number of months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health.

Covid Boosters are preferred, but not required.

4 days per week plus call shifts

Weekend Requirements: Yes, On-call every 7th weekend

On Call Requirements: Yes, 1 night per week and every 7th weekend

Float Requirements: -Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or CommonSpirit-identified “float zone”.

-Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with CommonSpirit policy.

Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.
