Guaranteed hours: 36

RN needs solid experience managing Antenatal/ Perinatal high risk patients and have extensive knowledge and experience working in a tertiary level facility; preferably where there is a solid Maternal Fetal Medicine program.

CMH is looking for a flexible RN that is willing to help out on both day and night shifts. CCMH will be considerate when scheduling not to work days and nights within same week.

Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed by department.

Campbell County delivers an average of 65 babies per month. Department has 4 LDR rooms, 15 post-partum, 7 well-baby and 7 NICU. Campbell County is a Level II Nursery and deliveries under 32 weeks are sent out to another facility. OR department will take care of C-sections. Ratio is 1:2 for laboring patients and ideally like to be at 1:1 if the mother is on Pitocin and in active labor (this cannot always happen due to patient load). Ratio for post-partum is 1:5 to 6 stable mothers or 3 stable couplets.
