Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: D/N Rotate, Weekends/Holidays as needed, first to float.
Certifications Required: TCAR or experience with the care of trauma patients.
Fit Testing / Facial Hair- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which cannot be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR cannot be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: DKA, sepsis pts, respiratory failure, cardiac(rate and rhythm control), medical detox, art lines, CVP
RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Those typical to an ICU.
RN required to read and interpret strips.
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 7-7 // director makes schedule
Weekend Requirements: Will work where there is a need
Holiday Requirements: Will work where there is a need
Floating Requirements: MS or ER (for 1:1)
Scrub Color: Navy
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
