Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Up to every other weekend and every other holiday.

72 or 96 Guaranteed hours bi-weekly

Neuro/Trauma ICU experience necessary

Must score at least a 3 in proficiency in most of the neuro categories: managing ICP/EVDs, caring for stroke, post interventions, and closed head trauma patients.
