If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only) A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Weekends: Every Other
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Float Requirements: float between medical and surgical on the same.
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adult/geriatric; No pediatrics.
Required Education: Nursing degree from accredited school.
