Start date: ASAP starts, 4 weeks out for compliance

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any “on-call” time worked

Shift: Day shift w/evening rotations - 7a-730p; 11a -11:30p 1st week – 3-12hr shifts 7a-730p for orientation (M, T, W) 2 weekends/month – either call (7a-7p, or 7p-7a on Sat/Sun/holidays) or working shifts.

30 min on call response time. Short call shift once or twice a week 3a-7a; 11:30p -3a

Holidays eligible to work: any while on contract RTO must be approved

Primarily based on the West Main campus but can be floated to east or CVI OR.

OR West consists of 10 operating rooms and focuses on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery.

The team cares for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants.

Must have Neuro, Trauma, Transplant experience

Skills: Scrub general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology, organ procurement, trauma.

Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered.
