24 months of Case Management experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

BSN is required for all RN roles.

2 years hospital case management experience (discharge planning and UR)

Knowledge of Interqual is a plus

Shift: (30 min lunch); shift days: Wednesday thru Sunday

No call requirements.

RTO must be included at time of initial submission, RTO can not be changed or added once submitted (project out) – same for extensions, once requested it can not be altered

Must have an active PERM CA License – no temp or EMSA accepted

Valid photo ID is the only accepted proof of residency for local vs. travel

Candidates will float within hospital – maybe float between campuses (would be discussed in interview and be on offer)– travelers are first to float

Background Policy - ensure any known background hits are highlighted in submission for AM review

Return Staff Policy: Note if return traveler so we can run through staffing contact, candidate must be away for at least 1 year from the system

On-Call - UCLA requires OR candidates to respond to call in 30 minutes or less, scrubbed in, and ready for surgery within that timeframe. Please take into consideration when looking for housing

2 completed forms required with submission, Test Out Program and EPIC Survey, for the following RN specialties: Cardiovascular Intensive Care, Intensive / Critical Care Unit ICU CCU, Med Surg/Tele, Medical / Surgical, Medical Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care NICU Level III & IV, Oncology, Pediatrics, Pediatric Oncology, Peds Intensive Care PICU PCCU, Peds Step Down, Progressive Intermediate Step Down PCU, Psychiatrics, Telemetry, Transplant. Forms found in documents section.

Covid Preferred, not required.
