Requirements

Experience

12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Looking for a Critical Care RN. Will float to Med Surg as needed.

Every other weekend and holiday.

2 or 3 weekends in a 6 week schedule, no call requirements, opportunity for additional shifts

Flexible with A or P shifts

Min 1 year recent ICU experience within a critical access facility. If candidate has ER skills could use assistance there as well

Floating to over units/departments: ICU and MS beds are interchangeable within the unit. Potentially to ER if trained or float over to assist when busy. Respond to codes throughout acute care.

Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs
