Experience

12 months of Operating Room experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

Additional Details:

Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.

Northern Light facility start dates are typically 3-4 weeks from the offer.

RTO and shift requests will not be accepted after submittal. Northern Light facilities will not accept any RTO for 4th of July weekend.

Experience in PACU – on call the circulator has to recover the patient after surgery. If this is not on profile candidates will be rejected. Proficiency in circulating variety of surgical cases, needs to have experience circulating C-sections

Preferred: Ability to work in Preop/Postop

Scrubs: The facility provides scrubs, but they can bring their own if they would like. They just need to be labeled and laundered at the hospital. They do not allow self-laundering. No specific color.
