Requirements
Experience
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Hospice experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Need HH Hospice RN in Centennial CO area
No block scheduling.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN
Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospice RN Case Managing role
Maintain a current, valid CO DL in good standing with safe driving record and reliable vehicle
