Additional Details:

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

Ratio: 1:6 visits per day

Weekend REQ: weekend not required

Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius: 40-80 miles.

Special Requirements: General Medical - mainly adults/geriatrics

PTA- with home care experience preferred. Working with support PT to work together with team and patient care

Scrub Color: Grey

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Holiday Policy: BJC requires travelers to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).

Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.

Allied and Non-Clinical: Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months

Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
