Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Case Management experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work

Monday through Fridays from 8a to 5p

Maximum of 2 Days Call off (Unapproved RTO) during contract

Orientation: on Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will be pushed to the following scheduled Orientation..
