Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience is required from any number of months.

BSN completion required

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Unit: Medical Surgical Float Pool – MS, Neuro, Gen Surgery/Ortho, Mental Health , Cardiac

Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48

Every Other Weekend

Every Other Holiday

Shift: Day and Night Rotation – Week rotation

Float: To Like Units

Required:

1 year minimal MS experience in short term acute care hospital setting

Dress Code: Scrubs - Royal Blue

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
