Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
Weekend Shifts: Rotation
Two plus (2)+ years of experience in Sleep lab.
Knowledge and Skills necessary to provide age specific care for all populations seen in the Sleep Lab.
Proficiency in performing ancillary testing (oximetry, actigraphy, home sleep apnea testing).
Proficiency in distinguishing sleep states and identifying clinical events, according to professional guidelines.
Required Education: -Associates Degree in Polysomnographic Technology or Certificate of Completion.
Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) - American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM).
