Guaranteed hours: 32

Shift: Monday to Friday + call once/twice a wk 1515-0645; occasionally (once every 6wks) M-F 0900-1730, 1100-1930 or 1500-2330; occasionally (once every 13wks) Sat/Sun 0700-1930. Will cover wknd call approx every 3rd/4th wknd Fri 1515-Mon 0645, rotating holidays.

Candidate may submit with either CST or NCCT, but must have one of the two.

Candidates must be proficient in either General/Robotics/Gyn

OR - GENERAL/ROBOTICS

Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN*/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience- scope experience (ok with needing a resher) ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers; GYN
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 1 year of experience and experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo, C-Sections

Floating Requirements: First to float. Must be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day) If refused supplemental time of an not getting paid- RDO day), Ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting; we do this to supplement hours if we have a low case volume.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
