36 Guaranteed Hours

ICU Exp Required but CVICU preferred

Heart and Vascular Institute 5th floor CUMC Bergan Mercy

ICU/PCU background preferred

Universal Care: Varying levels of care ICU, PCU, Med Surg cardiac and vascular patient

Cardiac and vascular patient population. Post op recovery of these patients and post procedure patients from cath lab.

We are also stroke designated as well and take some CVA patients.l. CHF and any other cardiac and vascular related diagnosis.

Impella, ballon pump, ventilators, BIPAP, CPAP amio, nitro, nicardapine, epi, cardizem. Multiple other cardiac medications for blood pressure management

Must pass EKG exam required

Adults- varies depending on acuity: 1:2 for ICU, 1:4 for PCU 1:5 for med surg

Cyclic staff scheduling

Navy scrubs

They will NOT contract block schedule. Candidates can work with the scheduler when they report but they are looking for flexible travelers

Have they had EPIC w/in 6 months (not a deal breaker just need to know for orientation)

Have they worked for CHI or Dignity in any capacity

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days required per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved including after submission
