Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
10 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Additional Details:

Float required: Travelers are the first to float, typically to NICU or CCU but can float to MS

Every other Weekends

Must have experience from a large pediatric hospital.

Experience with pediatric patients required.

Patient Populatoin: Typical medical/surgical ICU patients that are non-cardiac. Respiratory, Trauma, Neuro, and etc.

Vent, Intubation, Sedation Experience Required

Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required

Certified Pediatric Nurse or Certified Critical Care Nurse preferred

Not accepting former perm employees as travel.
