Additional Details:
No Holiday RTO - No RTO strong preference
All time off required at time of submission.
Days Rotating Shifts: 7am, 9:30am,11A, 1pm start time based on need / weekends / call / holidays.
RN who can scrub – especially strong in complex neuro, spine, ortho.
No Block Scheduling.
On call is at least 1 weekend per month. 30 min report time.
Required Upon Submission: Must have 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience. Scrub and circulate experience is required. Must have both skills checklist in packet at time of submission. Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro (checklist should indicate performs independently).
Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff
Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.
