Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Weekend: Every other

Holidays: As needed

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - within 60 mile radius

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Minimum 3 years experience as an RN required

Travel assignment required

No new travelers

Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience

EPIC within the last 2 years required

Scrub Colors: Black

Primary Cases: Trauma surgical, Neuro, Ortho

Must have neuro/ortho, trauma experience

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.

Required Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
