Travel Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric Unit

Epic experience within the last 12 months if required to be considered for this role.

Summa does not accept block-scheduling requests.

CPI blue card from Crisis Prevention Institute required for submission.

RTO due at submission. Only accepting 7 days max of RTO. Any candidate with more than 7 days will automatically be rejected.

No block schedule requests will be accepted.

Float required.

Formal Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a school accepted for candidacy status from an accrediting body.

Patients are mostly over 60 yrs old, dementia, depression or suicidal.

Must be willing to float within your scope of practice and can be floated to Med /Surg units as helping hands.

RN’s must be able to draw blood and manage IV’s. Interviews are required.

RNs only - RN Clinicians working as travelers must have have an Accredited RN degree.

RNs only- Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood.
