No flexibility, no block

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

Population/Unit: Units included: Burn ICU, CCU, Medical ICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU

Cook is a mandatory float facility.

Required Skills: Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Arterial Line Management, Central Lines, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips, BiPAP/CPAP, Ventilated Patients & Management, Interpretation of ABG's, Suctioning, Isolation Precautions
