No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Halloween: 10/30 - 11/3 Thanksgiving: 11/26 - 11/30 Christmas / New Year’s: 12/21 - 1/1 Martin Luther King Jr. Day: 1/19 - 1/20 Valentine's Day: 2/13 - 2/16

The entire month of March

Manager prefers RRT but will consider CRT with at least 2 years of experience.

Will accept 1st time travelers with at least 2 years experience and cerner or epic experience.

Skills Required: Level III NICU within the past 12 months

Adult: general and critical care

NICU: Ground transports, Nitric Oxide administration, transport experience preferred

Floating: Any like unit/patient location. NICU therapists will also work with adults

Weekend rotation: Every other

On Call: Voluntary

Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy

Can approve upto 7 days off excluding provided blackout dates

Scrub Color: Navy Blue
