Requirements
Experience
24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.
Experience with Cerner is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

Additional Details:

every other weekend

50% of holidays encountered during contract.

Can be floated within med-surg cluster.

RTO must be included at time of submittal or will not be approved- NO EXCEPTIONS

Return Travelers: If a traveler takes a break after an assignment and returns within 18 months, re- orientation is not required.

Floating is required and mandatory for all units. All travelers will be expected to float to any area at UMHS as a Patient Observer (PTOB) – “Sitter.”

Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and vary by specialty

Modules are recorded by onsite manager through Cornerstone
