Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Patient Population - Primarily Adults
36 or 48 hour guarantee can be accommodated - please notate upon submission if candidate wants 48 GTD
- Onboarding Requirements:
- -MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - No exceptions
- -All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - No instant or statewide searches accepted
- -Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult)
- -Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates.
- -Titers must be within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts.
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48
Weekend Hours: every other
Years of Experience: 1-2
Float Requirements: MedSurg as needed
Additional Notes: will need at least 1 year Acute experience
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult; Geriatric
Preferred Skillset/Experience: will accept MedSurg experience, LTAC
