Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Preferred or nice to have: Neuro and Trauma Care experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Neuro and spinal checks

· C-Collar placement, TLSO braces

· Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions

· Lumber drain

· Feeding tube placement

· Blood transfusion

Floating Area(s): Stepdown units, Med-surg units

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy blue

Weekends and On call(if any) Every other weekend

Patient Ratios – 4/1 at grid 5/1 stretched
