Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekends Every Other.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours

• Weekend Hours: Have to work every other weekend. Days Saturday/Sunday is and nights is Friday/Saturday.

• Patient Ratios: Varies on patient acuity.

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Labor, Post-Partum, Neonates

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Labor experiences, postpartum, well baby, stabilization of critical newborn for transfers.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Centricity experience.

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Term, late preterm indications- Gest HTN, Gest diabetes.

• Scrub Color: Black.

AWOHN intermediate or advance.
