Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Scheduling requirements: every other weekend (Fri. & Sat night shift) (Sat. and Sun. dayshift)

Floating policy: Could be floated to like units (same patient: nurse ratios).

Requested Skill Set: Able to care for immediate post-operative open heart patients, post STEMI patient, Impella patients, IABP patients, CCRT patients, vented patients, CABG, AVR, MVR, AAA, VATS, TAVR patients.

Must have: CVICU experience.

Advanced skills needed: Critical Care

Dress Code: (Required uniform): Navy blue scrubs. Only black, grey, or white under shifts.
