Additional Details:

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday; Rotating every 4th weekend required.

Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.

Ratio: @ personnel: 1 Patient. Adult patient types, ER/Inpts/Outpts.

Facility does perform Cardiac MRIs and Functional MRIs.

All time off required at time of submission.
