Requirements
Experience
36 months of Case Management experience is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

BSN required.

Experience required: Hospital Case Management.

Patient mix: Adult, Geriatric, MS/MS Tele units… Expected cases per day: 25.

RTO due at time of submission, RTO after submission will not be accepted.

Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.

No weekends, no call.

Holiday requirement: Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day.

Charting system: EPIC.

Dress code: Business Casual, white lab coat.

RTO: Please ensure your traveler does not have any time off planned that will prevent them from completing pre-start compliance in a timely manner for the proposed start date. Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated.

BLS Required for all candidates. (AHA Instructor or Provider, ARC, Military acceptable). RQI Acceptable.
