Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Flu Vaccine: Exemption due to egg allergy is not acceptable.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Call required generally 4 days/month and 1 weekend every 8 weeks however this may vary.

5am - 5:30pm

Every other Saturday rotation in schedule require

Minimum 2 years’ recent experience from medium/large sized facilities

Also is experience with Fresenius Dialysis Machines - Required

Chronic outpatient dialysis experience highly preferred

Caring for acute, ICU and SLED patients; some of which may be COVID-19 patients

This position may require some floating to our 20-station Chronic Outpatient unit, depending on the unit needs.

Traveler Must pass basic Dysrrhythmia

Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verifi ed by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.
