Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Case Management experience is required.
3 months of experience with Meditech is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Weekends: Rotating every other weekend.
Must have:
-Meditech or HCA experience
-Bed side case management experience at least 1 year
-Post acute care knowledge
Preferred: Throughput experience
