Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

12 months of Infusion Center experience is required from last 3 years.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

Day shifts w/variable starts. Shift length can an very between 8/10/12 Hr (40hr per week).

Adult Outpatient Infusion RN.

Requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Health locations 3/27.

Float Policy: At any time during assignment, resources may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility (within 75+ radius) if the resource satisfies the requisite Job Specifications. Please ensure this is discussion at time of submission, and time of offer.
