Experience

24 months of Pediatric Emergency Department experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Strong Pediatric or ER w/Pediatric patient population experience.

This is a very busy 23 bed Pediatric ER department, receiving minor to high level acuity patient population with age range of newborn to age 17, open 24/7. The average daily patient flow is 65 patients/day and the department may have contact caring for COVID patients. Pediatric Trauma patients will be referred to the main 'adult' ER. Strong pediatric assessment, IV, lab draw skills required.

Candidates must take and pass Basic Dysrrhythmia, and general Medication tests on first day.

Start: Tuesdays

Shift Information: 7p-7a, every other weekend rotation

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Flu Vaccine: Exemption due to egg allergy is not acceptable.
